Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Thank you for supporting Aether Crest / L. Eastley. We aim to provide high-quality books and merchandise, but if there’s an issue with your order, this policy explains your options.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (many of which are made in small batches or printed to order), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at aethercrest@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

2. Refunds

Refunds are granted in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or misprinted

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item did not arrive within 30 business days (international) or 14 business days (UK), and can be reasonably considered lost

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Digital content or downloads

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Customer mistakes (e.g., wrong shipping address provided)

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong item, please follow the refund process above.
